Simple accounting software with all the time-saving tools you need to efficiently control and grow your business. Xero is secure and reliable.

Xero automatically imports your bank and credit card transactions on a daily basis, saving you time and money.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

In this course you will learn how to create a variety of different reports inside Xero.  We will start with Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.  Then we will move onto VAT Returns and Cash Flow Statements.  Finally we will look at more complex reports.

More importantly our accounting expert Paul Thompson will talk about why these reports are so important and how ultimately they can help with your business growth.

Paul ThompsonPaul’s passion is to help business owners "Know the Numbers" in their business, what they mean and how the "Power of Small Change" can have a dramatic effect on the profitability and growth of their business. By automating and systemising the day to day bookkeeping function using cloud software such as Xero, Receipt Bank, Chaser and Go Cardless and subsequently freeing up their time, his clients are able to concentrate on what they do best, running a successful and profitable business. Paul loves working closely with his clients to help them achieve a greater understanding of their business financials, getting them to focus on their personal goals and then implementing strategies into the business so that they can achieve their personal goals. We work together on this by way of quarterly or monthly "growth and support" meetings, goal setting and implementation plans, as well as undertaking regular accountability sessions to keep them on track.Outside of business Paul is married to the lovely Emma Thompson who is a teacher. They have 3 wonderful children and 2 dogs (Chester and Poppy) who are both rescue dogs.Paul is also a mad keen Wolverhampton Wanderers fan and is a season ticket holder in the North Bank with his son.
