Paul ThompsonPaul’s passion is to help business owners "Know the Numbers" in their business, what they mean and how the "Power of Small Change" can have a dramatic effect on the profitability and growth of their business. By automating and systemising the day to day bookkeeping function using cloud software such as Xero, Receipt Bank, Chaser and Go Cardless and subsequently freeing up their time, his clients are able to concentrate on what they do best, running a successful and profitable business. Paul loves working closely with his clients to help them achieve a greater understanding of their business financials, getting them to focus on their personal goals and then implementing strategies into the business so that they can achieve their personal goals. We work together on this by way of quarterly or monthly "growth and support" meetings, goal setting and implementation plans, as well as undertaking regular accountability sessions to keep them on track.Outside of business Paul is married to the lovely Emma Thompson who is a teacher. They have 3 wonderful children and 2 dogs (Chester and Poppy) who are both rescue dogs.Paul is also a mad keen Wolverhampton Wanderers fan and is a season ticket holder in the North Bank with his son.
