As well as finding the time to author books and DVD’s teaching magicians new and innovative material to enhance their performances.In 2012 Russell set up his first company Non Stop Kids Entertainment which is now one of the largest children's entertainment agencies in the UK. They provide entertainment at over 5000 events per year with a client list that includes Pwc and Alton Towers.He now runs four companies comprising of entertainment, property and business development and is a co-founder of Maximise Success.
