WHAT IS TWITTER

Unless you have been living under a rock for a few years you have probably heard of Twitter.  It's the second largest social media platform and over 500 million tweets are sent each year.

With twitter you can send small messages to your followers.  You can only compose tweets of 140 characters or less.  This means that communication between yourself and your followers has to be concise.  

ISN'T TWITTER DEAD?

We have heard that a lot.  Many people are saying that Twitter is dead.  However they couldn't be more wrong if they tried.  Twitter is very much alive and in fact is the social media platform prefers by a lot of celebrities.  In fact with the right strategy it's very easy to get on someone's radar using Twitter.

The simple fact is that as long as you have a Twitter strategy and you are using the platform correctly you can benefit greatly from being on Twitter.
